Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed to our vendor on the 10th of the month, with all orders expected to be fulfilled and delivered to the school site of your choice by the end of the month, unless otherwise indicated. In the case of an order processing delay (i.e. out of stock or back-ordered item), the delay will be indicated on your package label or you will be notified by email. If the delay exceeds a reasonable amount of time, an option to choose an alternate style/color will be given. 

Items cannot be exchanged or returned once received. Therefore, trying on uniform items before purchasing through the online eStore is strongly encouraged. Uniform samples are available at the Holy Family Central Office located at 2005 Kane St. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. year-round. Please keep in mind, crested uniform apparel is only required at the middle school and high school level, but is available in all sizes K-12.
